Our restaurant name, Kagawa-Ya, pays homage to Kagawa prefecture, the udon capital of Japan where there are currently over 600 udon shops, and the region’s per capita udon consumption is seven times that of the national average. Kagawa-Ya emulates the classic 'self-serve' style of many Sanuki udon shops in Japan, but also incorporates unique flavors and broths all our own.
Our mission at Kagawa-Ya is to provide our guests with a quick and tasty dining experience in a clean and modern space. Our menu is diverse enough to offer a little something for everyone! We hope to see you soon!
